We design low and medium voltage networks for buildings and urban plans, both new construction and infrastructure renovations/improvements. From the concept to the construction detail, we accompany our clients in all phases of the project.
Low voltage
Mainly in buildings or for lighting in urban plans:
- Coordination with architects in early design phases to ensure that electrical components can be properly integrated into the architectural proposal.
- Lighting strategy: Simulation and design to obtain the appropriate lighting levels, renders to visualize the results, wiring design and control tables.
- Mechanical loads and others: electrical simulation (optimal sizing of wiring and protections).
- Integration of renewable generation and electric batteries: specifications and connection diagrams
- Distribution drawings and tables: using CAD software, we produce drawings of the wiring routes in horizontal and vertical planes, details of electrical rooms, distribution diagrams.
Medium voltage
Mainly in urban plans or industrial parks:
- Transformation centers (MT/BT): location, design, list of equipment, specifications.
- Network substations: Identify network connection, concept design, dimensions.
- Medium voltage wiring: coordination with architects and other infrastructure.
- Energy strategy: Evaluate opportunity for renewable generation in the preliminary project phase, size photovoltaic plants, electric chargers, batteries.
- Electrical supply strategy: Selection of voltage for connection to the network, identify connection point, coordination with the electrical distributor.
- Relationship of loads and supplies: Determine peak demand at each level of the distribution. Network substations, medium voltage distribution network, transformation centers.
- Medium voltage network: general plan and construction details, junctions with other infrastructure elements, supply to buildings.
- Phases of electrical infrastructure that fit the construction schedule.
Elements generated from these functions
- Carry out the spatial coordination necessary to house electrical equipment from transformation centers to medium and low voltage cables.
- Coordinate routes and construction details with other infrastructures.
- Select the supply point to parcels.
- Carry out cost and investment return analysis for each phase of the project.
- Coordinate with authorities for permits and other actors, such as the electricity distributor.
These services can be provided remotely depending on the characteristics of the project and the technical team involved.
